Writing music

The process of writing music is something that has intrigued me for years. There are so many variety's of ways to write a song that it is amazing.

For me the base of a song is mostly always written alone. I like to sit with the acoustic guitar and just improvise until a melody or riff catches my ear. This is how I wrote songs for the entire 3 years I was in a band. I would come to practice with the basic song and let the rest of the band fill in the blanks.

Now days it is odd because I have been messing with rap songs. This changed how I write music. The first collection of songs I did were all separately written and recorded in a couple of hours, and featured music sampled from the music program "Garage band" Having to quickly adapt to the music and figure out not only verse lyrics but also a chorus was fun but different.

With the second collection of rap songs I did I decided to write my own music. I would sit down with my acoustic and figure out some music and then show it to my cousins who runs the studio and he would record the music with a keyboard. Most of this still involved recording the music first and listening to it back and trying to figure out what to do rap and melody wise. Sometimes during recording I would just find the chorus right when we finished the music and other times it took a long while.

Bands that write music during jam sessions are interesting. Red hot chili peppers is one of those bands and reading about how their songs came to life is so cool.

There is always that special moment when you find a melody that you just know is good. I really don't know where it comes from but it just suddenly appears. One moment there is nothing and then the big bang happens and that melody is something. Anyone that writes music has to understand that feeling.

Quicker thoughts

Just finished all 5 season of The Wire. Great show.

I read The Constitution in exile by Judge Napolitano. I learned tons.

I don't understand why people are so excited for the Republicans to gain control of Congress again. Were they doing a good job before? No. Vote 3rd party.

I love Chang's Mongolian Grill and Spaghetti factory

My beard has grown for over 8 months now

I've been trying really hard to get into the TV show Rubicon but this show is taking its sweet time getting going.

Mad men is good but way over rated.

Breaking bad is the best show on AMC.

CBS makes the worst TV shows known to man

I tried to watch True Blood but after 3 episodes I just couldn't handle it. Way too much of a soap opera for me

I have the hardest time listening to Punk music anymore.

Girls that are hyper are annoying. You're not 7 so relax.

I have to admit that when it comes to certain subjects, activity's, etc, that I am an elitist. That's the truth.

Movies are an entertainment device that most people seem to view as exactly that, Just entertainment. Nothing more. They don't want to watch a movie that will challenge them (unless it is also filled with great action. Inception squashed thinking and action one movie and pulled off a miracle) It's this type of thinking that keeps filling our theaters with Michael Bay films, endless remakes of old movies or classic TV shows redone into bad movies. I believe we should respect that art of film making a little bit more than this. This isn't to say that their is no place for mindless entertainment because their most certainly is, but why is the biggest money making film of all time Avatar? James Cameron had 2 and a half hours to develop characters and couldn't. He had the same amount of time to tell a great story but opted for Pocahontas meets Dances with Wolves. Why are we rewarding this? Just because the computer fx were cool? Film making is an art and should be respected as such. Millions of dollars are spent on these movies we watch and thousands of man hours and all we ask in return is that they entertain us? We should expect more and in return we will receive more. It's basic free market thinking that says that the consumer votes with his or her money. Lets vote for quality.

I don't know everything about religion. I sure wish I did, but sadly I don't. But I am sure I know more than the average person. How do i know this? Because I have engaged in many religious discussions with a diverse crowd and have come to the realization that the average person has no clue what is going on. Most have some sort of theory but its based on nothing. People will say, " Well, I believe God wouldn't punish anyone," OR " As long as I am a good person I will go to heaven.? What is this based on? What knowledge? Anyone that will answer like this most likely is not religious and will say the Bible, Koran, ect, are just books with a good message but not the word of God. So where do these beliefs come from? How do people come to these conclusions with no evidence? I have to believe these are cop out answers. Instead of just saying you don't know, you try to create God as you would like him to be.

Please stop saying you like a song because it has a good beat. If this was the case then you would sit around listening to drums all day long. Stop saying a song is good because of the lyrics. You like the song because the music is good and then the lyrics also add emotion or meaning to the song. It's the music that grabs you. The lyrics are only an additive like salt. If you really love lyrics that much then go read poetry.

Bearded and ready to go

I have had dreams for many years of letting my beard grow for an entire year, and that is why it feels so good to only be around 4 months from completing this goal.

Has it been a worthy goal? Well, I guess compared to getting a degree or pushing my body to be in peak condition, the beard isn't really worthy. But it has been and will be worth all the days I have had to spend looking so homeless.

I have found that the best and funniest memories are when people go to the extreme and then are able to look back and laugh at it. I grow my beard for my own reasons and I have realized more and more that it has nothing to do with anyone else but myself. It's totally selfish, I know.

This selfishness is good though. Pushing myself to complete a ridiculous goal has brought a certain amount of happiness that i believe can only be found in doing the absurd.

Could I do this If I had a family? Maybe, but I would forsee problems with any wife if your trying to look so dirty. I guess I should say that this is a goal that I wanted to complete before I get married but i hate saying that because that would imply I believe I will ever get married. Supposing I will for sure get married someday seems egotistical to me. People have told me over and over that that is a stupid way to think but I can't really help it. My getting married depends on more than just me. It takes another willing person (preferbly a lady) to agree to being joined with me forever, and I honestly can't just expect that a girl would want to put up with me or would that we would both agree on our feelings for each other.

Marriage is a seperate issue though. The beard is what's important right now and it is mighty.

Random

My mind can easily become fixated on........

I once went an entire day feeling very claustrophobic when It suddenly dawned on me that I am always trapped. I can't stand the feeling of being held down or in tight spots. It makes me freak out. So one day while lying in bed It just hit me that........I'm trapped in my body. I can see outside of my body, but I am very much a prisoner in my own vessel. This is very stupid, and I know this, but for the rest of that day I had a small feeling of being claustrophobic.

I sometimes become very fascinated with people passing me on the streets. In my movie they are just extras, but in reality they each have their own memories, family's, beliefs, dreams, hopes, fears etc. I've caught myself just staring at a bystander and wondering what their childhood was like. If they believe in God. If they are going through a bad time at the moment or if they are a terrible person. For the most part I don't even accept these people has real people because they have no effect on my life and I know that it isn't right but their realities are a mystery to me. Though I do know that we are all very much a like.

The rudeness of people has always interested me. Watching everyday people get stuck in a long line in the supermarket or have their time taken up in anyway they don't care for causes so much rudeness that It confuses me. How a person acts when a waiter accidentally spills water on them or if a new employee at Winco keeps making mistakes really shows what kind of person they really are. I think we all at times feel disconnected from people we don't know, just like I do at times, but it seems many people only view others as sub human and then treat them as such when they feel their toes have been stepped on.

Why does it seem that most people would rather do a mindless activity instead of having a good conversation? Most important lessons I have learned have come from conversations with friends and family. All my important relationships that I have in life have been formed by long conversations. Games are fine, but honestly sitting around and talking until a topic catches on is one of the funnest things to do. Deep religious conversations are always interesting and political debates are just awesome.

My lately

Here a list of some movies and books I have watched or read lately.

Books.

The Road. The story centers around a father and son trying to survive in a post apocalyptic world. Great book that paints the world in such a way that you can feel there is no hope.

The Stand. Another post apocalyptic book , but this one is all about good vs. evil. I am a Stephen King fan and this is considered one of his best, but honestly I was let down. I did get the extended version of the book so it was near 1200 pages in the smallest print possible. Maybe this is why the second half of the book dragged terribly and came to a real anti climactic conclusion. Loved the first half though.

Haunted. I'm a fan of Chuck Palahniuk's books. Fight club, Survivor, Lullaby, and choke were all great books and I enjoyed this one as well, but it was easily my least favorite. It was about a group of authors that answer an ad to a two month writers retreat. Each take turns telling crazy and gross stories. And things go crazy. I really didn't get the ending but overall i liked it.

Revolution: A manifesto: A political book by Texas Congressmen Ron Paul. It just goes over the basics of his thoughts on the government. It is a great book that really sells Libertarian ideas.

End the Fed. Another Political book by Ron Paul. This one he explains how the Federal Reserve runs and why it should be abolished. Loved it and it taught me tons.

The Communist Manifesto. I wanted to learn more about Communism so I went right to the source. Written by Karl Marx and someone else who's name escapes me. This books puts up a great argument for Communism and why the working man should unite against the rich man. Short and to the point.

Movies.

Inception. Christopher Nolan is the best director/writer working today and this movie just cements that. Amazing film that hit me on every level.

Mother. I believe this is a Korean film. Either way it was made somewhere in Asia. It's about a Mother trying to prove her slow witted child is not guilty of the murder he is accused of. Overall I enjoyed it even though it was slow at times and little long.

Daybreakers. Blah. Vampires run the world. Few humans exist. Vampires are running out of blood and need a solution. Bad special effects. Bad Editing. Bad writing. The end has some cool scenes, but....blah.

Up. Loved the first half. Wanted to kill myself during the second half. Talking dogs? Really?

I pondered

After much debate I have decided to add something to my blog that is not political. Might as well just throw my thoughts out on random subjects as well. Not sure If I'm allowed by the Blog God's (upper case G or lower case g?) to challenge their dominance when it comes to writing awesome blogs, but you better believe I will try. Guess I'm a polytheist.

I have always been taught to Search, Ponder, and Pray. I have really only been great at the pondering part. The other two take so much work ( I'm not discussing works vs grace here so if there are any born again Christians that are suddenly thinking of a certain verse in Ephesians... then just stop...Hammer Time ) and honestly, I'm lazy. Luckily for me though it's easy to ponder while reclining and eating a party pizza.

So what have I pondered? This, and I guess it does tie in with politics.

There is so much talk of fixing our immigration problem in this country, and when anyone talks of this they are only speaking of one group, " Mexicans." Everyone is crying about them taking real Americans jobs and mooching of our welfare system. There is even the assumption they still work for $1.50 an hour ( which is crazy because they all demand 15 bucks an hour these days) but none these things really matter. What matters is they are now essential to our Country in an unseen way. They are the spiders getting rid of pests all around us and we don't know it. We all say we hate spiders but then realize if they didn't exist we would be overrun with Zeus only knows how many bugs.

So what population are our friends from the south helping to control?

I call it the hefty girls club.

There is nothing a grown Mexican man loves more than an American girl that looks like Louie Anderson. This is a fact. Maybe they would make the hair longer and have them wear a jean jacket but overall this is a good idea of what they want. So I think you can see I don't just mean heavy girls in general. I am talking the ones who hang outside the Plaid Pantry smoking a Cig and talking loudly on the only pay phone left in the U.S. I am talking the girls that need a man and are willing to give up and date with what appears to be Mario.

If we throw all these Mexicans out then what will we do with their left over women? Can you imagine this. We would be looking at the chunky apocalypse.

Someone would have to start dating these women and trust me when I say HE can't do it all alone.

All black men in this country would have to step up and take a plump white girl, and yes, I mean even those black guys that prefer thin girls or black girls. ( Not that they exist)
I'm almost certain we would have to start shelters for these poor girls because frankly, I think the average African American man today would realize what the white man was trying to push off on to him and they would revolt. This is where all those years of slavery might actually come back to bite us.
We would end up having to pay reparations just to get them to go along with our plan and I really don't think they will accept 40 acres and a mule.

Could this be huge in rap videos soon?

I guess we could push them off onto the white man. Start a dating show called

"Who wants to drop their standards?"

Though that might already be a game show for Mormons who turn 30.

My point is that our country can't afford tossing out the people that serve me my biggie fries because the backlash is something we can't prepare for.

I have pondered this.

Life's not fair and neither are genetics

I am not sexy.

If I were I probably wouldn't be spending my time blogging about the most un-sexy topics known to man. I'm not a genius. If I was I'd probably have myself a masters degree with a high paying job to match. But I do know people that are sexy, and in no way have they worked hard to look as they do. Plus I know people that are so very smart, and shockingly they were born with that intellect. This is not fair.

This isn't fair because they have one up on me ( some people have way more than one as well) I thought the Constitution shouted at us " You're all created equal!!!!"

What a lie.

OK, so it's not a lie exactly, but I could accept it as a lie if I interrupted that line to mean "We are all born on a level playing field." Obviously we are not. Not even close.

Some of us are born poor. Others are born rich. A few of us can grow amazing beards. Most just seem somewhere in the middle, but we are all born with different strengths and weaknesses and must find ways to overcome are failings and harness our special powers we are given.

So why the push for fairness? We all know the saying, " Life's not fair." And yet some Utopian seekers want to change this truth. They are attempting politically to level the playing field that has an infinite amount of humps.

As with all plans by these people to find fairness all they end up doing is bringing great people down. Why do they have the right to do this?

I say in the name of fairness you can't read the same author twice. All authors should get an equal amount of readers. You read a horror novel by that heterosexual Stephen king last week? Then your reading a romance biography this week by a tri sexual female author. Enjoyed Sean Hannity's new book? That's great, but now in the name of fairness I need you to blaze through some Noam Chomsky. Now let's add that all authors should be published because fairness is all about equality of outcome as well. Doesn't matter that someone wrote a terrible book. They should be published and read because I believe in fairness!

In reality we should all be looked at as equals in the government's eyes. This means that they shouldn't favor one citizen over another. My status in society shouldn't allow me to obtain benefits from Washington that another citizen isn't allowed to receive.

The problem is that in search for fairness......we are no longer equals.

If I own a business and the government tells me that I can't fire someone for because they are Mormon then how are they not favoring the Mormon? We are no longer equal in the government's eyes.

The only way to have "fairness" is for the government to be neutral. If Washington decides to protect what they deem, " The stepped on" then they are just like the mother that starts favoring the picked on child. Once she does that she has already chosen a side and she can no longer be neutral.

Utopia is a dream because we live in a society of imperfect people. Fairness is a dream because life isn't fair.

But if someone does figure out a way for me to be as equally handsome as Brad Pitt........I might change my average mind.

The plantation owner is now a negro

Hearing a person actually promote the idea of freedom can be very threatening. It was threatening to me at first as well as it has been to any crowd listening to a libertarian speak for the first time. If you go back and watch Interviews with the Libertarian economist " Milton Friedman" with Phil Donahue, you will see the blank stares a majority of the audience gives Mr. Friedman whenever he talks of actual freedom.

Why this response? Are we not a free country? Doesn't the majority of us believe in freedom? My answer to that would be a huge NO. Now most people I have asked about freedom answer the same way, " Freedom with laws." OK, I agree with that because I am in no way an anarchist, but we need to really look at what we mean by "Laws"

I am all for laws that protect one citizen from directly hurting another. It's the governments job to protect me from the man next door who has decided to try and chop my head off with an ax. I am fully behind laws that protect my private property (land, money, possessions etc.) from being taken away from me by someone else. Contracts need to be enforced by the courts and i of course should have the right to sue someone that i feel has cheated or hurt me in some fashion.

I'm not going to go into all laws that should be enforced, but i do want to mention "laws" that have no real effect except stripping us of essential freedoms.

The best example of these kind of laws are what I like to call " Protects them from themselves laws"

The seat belt law is something we should all be able to look at and say in unison, " Why?"

Why must there be a law that tells me, a grow man, that I must protect myself when I drive?
I have to wear a bike helmet if i want to cruise via bicycle. I need a doctors approval if i want to try a drug for depression. The government lets us know all the time that our bodies are not 100% ours. They are protecting us from ourselves.

In a truly free society my body is my own. It is not partially owned by a some politicians I have never met, but by supporting drug, helmet, prostitution, and seat belt laws, that is exactly what we are saying. In reality we are telling the person next door that they don't own themselves.

This is why freedom is so scary for the majority. We have been brainwashed to believe that freedom involves slavery. Most people questions how the founders could fight for freedom and at the same time accept slavery, but this isn't really surprising since we believe in slavery today, just in a different form.

Are we not slaves to the government? Will we not be thrown in jail if we refuse to hand our property over to them? Can they not punish us for making a decision that only effects ourselves? Doesn't the draft allow Washington to force a person into the military?

They own us. They cash in our work before we do.

But the majority see's this as necessary and the idea of actual freedom put fear in the hears of the masses.

Fear of the unknown.

So when will the day come that Freedom is known?

Marriage laws are gay

Gay marriage will happen.

How long does America have before homosexuals all over this country are able to legally marry? I'd say not long at all. The rising generation is much more tolerant of alternative lifestyles than any generation before and they will soon start hitting the voting booths hard.
Of course with every strong tug in one direction causes an equally strong tug in the opposite. Action and reaction baby. I was walking through a high school a few months ago and noticed a poster on the wall that was promoting the celebration " Transgendered people." Now i have been out of school for a decade and that might seem like a century to some people, but it feels like yesterday to me, and this type of poster would have never been seen on the walls of my school. Acceptance of homosexuality as a lifestyle is rapidly becoming the norm so you know the push from the Religious community is going to be just as rapid and extreme to remind people that it should not be accepted.

Now if we were just dealing with the acceptance of being gay the battle would be much more quiet, but now that the gay community has pushed for the rights of marriage the battle has turned bloody and spilled out onto the streets. Gay's say we live in a free country and their civil rights should allow them the same rights to be married as a straight couple. The religious community argues against this because they say marriage is a religious institution and that God ordained marriage for a man and women alone. This battle sucks.

luckily for me the solution to this matter protects religion and at the same time allows freedom for homosexuals. Where did i first hear of this solution? Surprisingly enough it was from a guy that is about as liberal as can be and wants the government involved in almost every aspect of our lives, but when it comes to marriage he has a different view.

The problem is government, and so the solution is tossing them out.

We all have to ask ourselves why government is involved in marriage in the first place? Why must i get a marriage license? Am I not married if i truly believe I am? If the government disappeared would we then just be like, " Well i guess no one can be married anymore." No, because that would be ridiculous right?

Because the government has stepped in and made our personal business- their personal business- it is causing all the argument and fighting.

How about privatizing marriage? I can go to my local church and have the minister marry me and guess what? I'm freaking married!!! No license needed. Now if i decide that i want to make a legal contract with my spouse for problems like, What happens if one of us dies or we want a pre nup, then we have that option, but this fixes all problems. Marriage is kept religious for the religious and if your gay or you want to have 20 wives or husbands, then that's your business and it doesn't effect anyone else because "Marriage" is then only defined by you and you alone. If i don't want to accept two gay people as actually married then i don't have to and no law or government agency can tell me otherwise. That's freedom ladies.

Now i realize our system is screwed and with all the tax benefits and deductions and whatever else we have had shoved into our country that marriage is entangled with all parts of government. My proposal isn't any easy one or something that could be done overnight, but it's the only solution i can think of that doesn't take us deeper into Big government. Changes need to be made and then marriage can be saved from our real enemy- Big Gov.

Immigration and the milita

Arizona passing their new Immigration law has awaken the beast.

I want to state first and foremost that I am against this law passed by Arizona. Giving the police the authority to ask anyone for proof of citizenship that they have reasonable suspicion might be illegal is just a free pass to harass Latino's all over the state. Anyone that truly believes this law will not be misused is kidding themselves.

I am still confused at the uproar this has all caused. OK, maybe I'm not confused, but I still have a hard time understanding why this has upset the Left wing media so much and at the same time got so much praise and defense from the Right.

The RIGHT is always screaming about the dangers of big government and how they love freedom. Yet here most of them are backing a law that gives more power to the government. They march for personal privacy and a fear that the government will take their rights away and yet for some unknown reason are OK with it happening to Latinos.

So what's up with the LEFT? They are screaming about civil rights but we all know they don't care about rights. The LEFT is all for taking away my right to property and stepping all over the Constitution, but for some reason when you say the police are going to get some more power they freak and start screaming "Unconstitutional!!!" Since when do they care about the Constitution?

Now i do side with the LEFT on this issue, but I think our idea to solve the immigration dilemma will be much different.

I agree with the genius Milton Friedman who said this about Immigration,

"You cannot simultaneously have free immigration and a welfare state."

Now i really feel that we should be a country that has its arms open and ready to receive immigrants at all times. If you can get to our shores then you can be a citizen. I love that idea. We should be like a certain Island that I love where when you come here your past doesn't matter anymore and you get a fresh start. A chance to live your dream. But....like Milton friedman said, We can't have open borders and a welfare state.
If we were to just let anyone and everyone in then who knows how many people would end up on food stamps and unemployment etc. We would bankrupt our Country faster than we already are.
We of course right now don't have open borders but we are doing a terrible job guarding our borders and that is allowing floods of illegals to wander in.

There is no easy answer to the Immigration problem. Some want to go after the employers who hire Illegals but that's a bad idea. It's the governments fault the Illegals are here in the first place so lets not go and punish honest business men because they hire someone who wants to work. You should be able to hire who you want and that's not the governments business.

I guess the idea i like most is making sure Illegals know that they can't receive government services when they are here. Welfare should be off the table. Drivers licensees off the table. I also believe it's a huge motivation for these Illegals to take the chance and come here when they know that if their children are born here they are U.S Citizens. This needs to end. Let the world know that if you come to this Country illegal that their children born here don't have anymore U.S rights then they do.

I hate the idea of sending someone back to Mexico that has only lived in the U.S but the Welfare state we run in this country has forced these views. When the time comes that we can get rid of Unconstitutional programs like Welfare, Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, and many, many more, then we can open our borders and let freedom and the free market give people all over the world the chance at the American dream.

But for now Arizona should just follow the Constitution and form a Militia and place them at their borders. The leftist agenda has forced this.

Progressive progress

During my lunch breaks I love to sit in my car listen the radio. I usually flip back and forth between 620AM and 860AM. I'm a person that prefers listening to both sides of an argument and when 860AM is a super Conservative station and 620Am is a Progressive station, then you know your going to hear different thoughts.

620 is an interesting station for the mere fact that it doesn't just sell its self as "Liberal" but as "Progressive". In my view this just means " Far left" Someone that just happens to be a Democrat is probably nowhere as liberal as these people are. These radio personality's are a huge part of the movement for Single payer health care, Gay marriage, stricter gun laws, higher corporate taxes, more regulations, abolishing any kind of religious presence in schools or government, and most importantly not caring about the Constitution one bit. These "progressives" see government as the answer to almost everything.

I am a little confused with what they think are progressing towards. Calling yourself "Progressive" sounds cool and accepting, but don't we all know they are only Progressing towards Socialism? What else can they progress to? I guess they can progress to Communism but we would all to make a pit stop in Socialism first. I'm not convinced all "Progressives" know what their true end game is. I think most just feel they are fighting for what's right, but while doing so they are headed away from freedom and that is the most important point to understand. For every so called "Righteous" act we are chipping away at what makes us free.

Progressives do seem to fight for a lot of personal freedoms and that's great and I agree with most of their Foreign policy which is to stay out of wars. On these two points we agree, but for some reason in all this talk of personal freedom from the Progressives, they forgot that I have the right to my property. I know a lot of people will say the government shouldn't and cant just come and take my land and give it to whoever they feel like. I would agree that everyone should disprove of such a government action. Then why can they do that with our money? Is my money not my property? If it's not then why is it stealing if a person should come and take my money? How is it theft if it isn't my property? The point is that money is property and when the Federal Government can take your money right out of your pay check they are only admitting to two possible things.

1. They are thieves and there is nothing you can do about it.

2. That money is not your property. It is theirs and they will give you the percentage they feel you deserve.

This is one of the reasons the Progressives confuse me. Why fight so hard for personal freedom and yet the support the direct theft of the American working man's hard earned money?

Here is a quote from John Adams

"The moment the idea is admitted into society that property is not as sacred as the laws of God and that there is not a force of law and public justice to protect it anarchy and tyranny commence. If “Thou shalt not covet,” and “Thou shalt not steal,” were not commandments of heaven, they must be made inviolable precepts in every society before it can be civilized or made free." (John Adams)

I don't say that Progressives are pushing us towards Socialism as a scare tactic. Socialism has become a terrible word in our country and so everyone is going to deny being one, even if they agree with it in principal. Progressives are all about moving forward and that sounds good because we are always told to be progressing as people, but government principles are something else. It's fine to take new problems that come our way with an open mind and to be ready to solve unseen problems, but whats' wrong with sticking to the idea of Freedom? Maybe Freedom is the greatest of gifts we can have and progressing ourselves out of freedom and into servitude just seems stupid.

Tea is gross

The Tea Party movement has either got people's panties all in a bunch or really believing that the next great grassroots revolution has begun. I applaud all those that don't really care about Tea Party at all.

Fox news wants to sell these groups of over the hill, upper class, white people has a bunch of freedom fighters when we all know they are just republicans. The fact that they are just Republicans ( or independents that only vote Republican) should be main reason you shouldn't care about what they have to say. Where were these angry Patriots during Bush's destruction of the Constitution? Where were they when Bush was expanding Government and bailing out the private companies? I can tell you where they were....they were at home just happy we were bombing non believers and feeling good that they weren't getting their guns taken away. These people are holding signs that say " Don't tread on me!" and yet you can be sure they were all for the Patriot act and still are. They should be carrying signs that read " Don't tread on me... Tread on them."

From polls that were given this same group that is shouting about the Constitution is all in favor of programs like Medicare and Social Security. How can this be? I guess this is just a good example of how 99% of people in the U.S feel about the Constitution. It's an old document that is great to use when it agrees with your beliefs, but when you want something that this old document doesn't allow....well...I guess that piece of paper isn't really that important anymore. Medicare and Social security are not Constitutional.

Another group called " Theother95%" has formed in reaction to the Tea Party and are saying that they represent all those Americans that received tax cuts from Obama and are happy with with this Country. Now i guess Obama cut taxes for 95% percent of working Americans and these people argue that we should be happy because of this, as if Barack did us all a huge favor by giving us back our own money. The terrible thing about the groups position is that there is no patriotism at all in this argument. As a nation we should fighting tooth and nail to keep the Federal GOV. in its rightful place and not just grin like idiots because the politicians decide to throw us a bone. A tax cut? Who cares. Politicians all sell us the same crap that Karl Marx tried to sell and that was "Class Warfare." I guess Big Communist Karl has succeeded enormously. The Politicians ( especially the Left) like to sell us by vowing to raise taxes on those that have too much already and at the same time remind us that we have been getting the shaft. This is all just to cause Class Warfare. The Haves vs. The have nots. The government wants to be Robin Hood.

The passing of the Health Care Bill seems to have really got things going now for the Tea Party and for good reason. The bill is terrible. It's unconstitutional and everyone knows it will cost three times what they are predicting. Forcing people to buy a product from private companies is just plain bad no matter how you look at it and this isn't a solution for our Health Care problems in the U.S. The Left is only worried about progressing our Country more to becoming like Europe and the Right only wants things to stay the same, but neither of these are solutions. I applaud the left for at least trying to think of a plan, even if its a harmful one. The do nothing solution that has come from the Right is worthless and isn't helping the problem at all. How about a plan that is Constitutional and founded in free market principals? How about getting the government out of Health care and letting us buy insurance across state lines? How about getting rid of the FDA that not only kills thousands a year with its regulations but also causes all our medications to cost 80% more than they should? Everyone knows Government involvement in health care has sky rocketed prices. This isn't a secret. So the secret isn't to do More or nothing. The secret is to do less...much less.

In conclusion, the Tea Party just wants to return to the glory days of George W. Bush and the left just wants us to become Europe ( who by the way are way too kinky) Both of these are terrible choices and should be rejected by anyone that believes in freedom.
